When Joann Randall was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer, she was determined to hold on to joy - the peace that envelops the soul. She doggedly explored avenues of joy in the form of healthy mind, body, and spirit. Her road took her further on the path of meditation, reiki, yoga, acupuncture and other mind-body-spirit connection practices. Joann has always been concerned with those who have less. She recognized her privilege to explore the joy sources she did; and she wanted to make a joy journey accessible to all. She was in the process of developing a plan to do this when her cancer returned in the summer of 2021. While Joann is no longer with us in body, friends and family have picked up the torch and are marching forward to make her mission a reality.
